Newell MS Exploratory Class has been given the title of JR Horizons by the local newspaper. The class is committed to making a difference every day. This particular day they spent their classtime cleaning up roofing materials at the house of a lady who
was unable to do so herself. Giving back to the community is a great lesson our schools are instilling in our youth!
GO IRRIGATORS!

That is so cool! I love the Jr. Horizons idea. Kids have so much energy and so many great things to offer in community. As adults, we just need to find fun and creative ways to get them involved. Hopefully they will learn those civic engagement lessons as youth and be able to put them to use as future community movers and shakers. Great!!!

Hats off to Mrs. Williamson for going the extra step to make our kids proud to call Newell their home.

Thanks so much to Mrs. Williamson for all her kids do. We especially appreciate all the flyers that you’ve helped with to promote events. Great job!
